220V Variable Single Element Temperature Controller system for boilers of 8 gallons to 26 gallons. This system is built to last and is ready to be hard wired in conduit or you can install a male plug to your configuration on the 8 ft power lead. This
controller includes cable heater assembly which is one 4ft wire lead to heating element, element housing with 2″ ferrule, and 5500 Watt Heating element.
Estimated heat up time using the Controller with one 5500 watt controller;
8 gallon in 20 minutes
13 gallon in 35 minutes
15 gallon keg in 40 minutes
16 gallon in 45 minutes
26 gallon in 1 hour and 10 minutes

These controllers& elements have a 1 year warranty.

Here is a great heating system for boilers of 50 Gallons or more or can be used in smaller boilers to increase initial heat up time. This system is built to last and is ready to be hard wired in conduit or you can install a male plug to your matching receptacle configuration. This controller includes Two cable heater assemblies which each of them are 8ft wire lead to heating element, element housing with 2″ ferrule, and 5500 Watt Heating element.

5500 watt heaters are individually controlled and on their own switches and both elements have variable output.
This system has a internal cooling fans.

Still Controller 110 Volt with 2000 Watt Element

Still Controller 110 Volt with 2000 Watt Element heating system for boilers up to 13 gallons. this still controller with 2000
watt stainless element will heat up a 13-gallon boiler in about 2.5 hrs. and will run a 3″ diameter tower on the 13-gallon boiler
with no problem. 8-gallon heat up time is about 1.5 hours and 3 gallon is about 45 minutes heat up time. This still controller 110
volt allows you to dial in the heat with constant current and without any heat cycling. The stainless 2000 watt immersion heating
element clamps into the 2″ tri-clamps fittings on boilers.
